This portal (YFMS) is provided by the Department of Youth Welfare, Gujarat University Centre for Professional Courses (GUCPC), for the sole purpose of administering KalaaRangam — the Gujarat University Youth Festival. By signing in, you agree to the following terms.
There is no public self-registration. Accounts are created only by your college’s Principal or Coordinators, or by festival administrators. You are responsible for keeping your login (OTP access to your mobile number, or your PIN) confidential, and for the accuracy of the information you submit, including your eligibility profile.
Eligibility for participation is governed by Association of Indian Universities (AIU) rules, including the age limit as of 1st July of the current academic year. Submitting false information (date of birth, enrollment, category, or otherwise) may result in disqualification and other action as determined by the Registration Committee/Convener.
Participants, coordinators, judges and volunteers are expected to conduct themselves respectfully throughout the festival. Misuse of this portal — including attempting to access another participant’s account, tampering with QR/badge codes, or submitting fraudulent documents — may result in suspension of access and referral to the University.
Certificates and official forms generated through this portal are working documents for the festival’s administrative process; results and awards are only final once formally published and countersigned as required by the University.
These terms may be updated as the festival’s administrative process evolves. Continued use of the portal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
