What we collect

• Contact details: mobile number, email address, residential address.
• Identity details: name, date of birth, gender, category, father’s and mother’s name.
• Academic details: enrollment number, college, course/class, 12th-passing year, admission fee receipt reference.
• Event participation: which events you’re registered for, attendance/check-in records, scores and results.
• A photo, if uploaded for your festival ID.

Why we collect it

Solely to run the festival: verifying AIU eligibility rules (including the under-25 age rule), generating official participation paperwork for your college, issuing your QR ID for venue check-ins, scheduling, judging, results and certificates.

Who can see it

Your own data is visible to you, your college’s coordinators and Principal, and festival administrators — scoped to what each role needs to do its job. We do not sell or share your data with any third party outside the festival’s organizing structure.

How we protect it

Accounts are protected by OTP or a self-chosen PIN (never a shared password); PINs and passwords are stored as one-way hashes, never in plain text. Every sensitive action is logged in an audit trail. There is no public self-registration — only your college’s coordinators or admins can add your account.

Your data, your control

You can view and update most of your own profile from your dashboard at any time. To request correction or deletion of data we hold about you, contact your College Coordinator or the Department of Youth Welfare, Gujarat University.
